I hate hypocrisy and think it's useful to point it out, even if I'm the guilty party. How do you shine the light on hypocrisy without bringing up the past? I think it should be smeared in the hypocrites' faces.

If their criticisms are hypocritical, then they should either not voice them or accept the shit sandwich they get for doing so.

It’s certainly interesting that the folks who covered for Bill Clinton are now SO concerned about Trump’s sex life from a decade ago.

At the same time, it drives me nuts that the people I voted for to fix the deficit have now run it back up over $1T.

Yep, on all three points. Someday, the debt is going to explode here and in dozens of other countries. I suppose the lucky ones will be the countries with credit ratings too bad to borrow. They're already used to poverty and garbage.

When it happens, it is going to be ugly. People need to prepare. Learn how to stockpile a little food and water, whatever you think might work for barter.

I don’t know who the fiscal conservatives are now. At the end of the day, we have two parties in Washington: tax and spend and lower tax and spend. Other than Rand Paul who occasionally throws a dog and pony show (which always seems kind of fake), I’m not sure who in Washington actually cares about the budget anymore.

They seem to have a "get it while the gettin is good" mindset, unconscionable bastards. I'm inclined to believe Rand is genuine. I almost voted for him before, and would love to vote for him if he were electable. Take the fleas with the dog. But, he couldn't fix much. Nobody could. Trump has fixed some things, but now the opposition has dug its heels in. Need to hope a couple liberal SCOTUS justices keel over before 2020, assuming the RINO Senate could gather up the balls to actually hold a confirmation vote.
