Pardon Me?

Easy solution, Congress should subpoena every one of them. Then once they will have to testify which forces them to tell the truth or the commit perjury. Can’t pardon someone for future crimes.
In fact, not sure you can pardon someone for crimes they have never even been charged with.

Even if these newly pardoned folks can't be prosecuted, I hope their lives will be made as uncomfortable as possible with hearings and intense scrutiny.....just like they made DJT's life over the last few years.

Once again, the Keystone Cops known as the Democrats party have helped Trump. He now has a talking point for eternity and he won’t be distracted by trying to investigate or prosecute these cooks.
Trump can focus on policy.

Amazing. He just admitted they are all guilty of crimes.
Yep, the excuse that Trump would have gone after them for political reasons just doesn’t hold water anymore. They’re hiding something and this preemptive pardon pretty much proves it. I can’t wait to hear how the Dem spin machine will cone out and defend it.

Exactly. It is a gross overreach by Biden.

This pardon can mean only one of two things.

1. They are guilty as Cain, and Biden is protecting them. But no one is supposed to be above the law, right?

2. Biden is afraid they will be unfairly treated by a process that hasn't even started. So the pardon means: "If they get charged.....and if it goes to trial....and if the are convicted...I know it won't be fair. So I'm going to circumvent the entire legal system, because I don't have any faith that it will work in my favor.

Burdick v. United States, 236 U.S. 79 (1915), was a case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that:

  • A pardoned person must introduce the pardon into court proceedings, otherwise the pardon is considered a private matter, unknown to and unable to be acted on by the court.
  • No formal acceptance is necessary to give effect to the pardons.[1] If a pardon is rejected, it cannot be forced upon its subject.
Accepting a pardon is an implicit admission of guilt according the supreme court.

Its amazing to me...."I've done nothing wrong" said Fauci said.

Cool. Then why do you need a pardon?

There has to be evidence before a charge is made. If you've done nothing wrong, there will be no evidence, and no problem. Even if a charge is brought, you have a right to a trial.....and the right to a defense......and you have to be convicted by a JURY.

The pardon is based on the idea that Trump is gonna get them. But Trump can't just declare him guilty and pass a sentence. We have this thing called a legal system, that Biden has repeatedly expressed his faith in.

Why not now?

All criminals should be exposed!

Herr Fauci can still prosecuted as a war criminal in the Hague.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) The International Criminal Court in The Hague prosecutes those accused of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. In 1998, 60 countries signed the Rome Statute after it was opened for signature by the United Nations.
