Have used a BGE for 4 decades but the time has come where diet and time (Both me and Mrs Hormones) has come to go to a pellet. I'm currently brand agnostic but recall a lot of Req Tec v others talk on Vent. Don't need the biggest grill nor the most expensive... something that cooks a variety of food well (not necessarily smokes), imparts a level smoke flavor, is easy to operate. A quick start-to-cook time is a plus. Lemme hear your thoughts plz. Help an 'Ol Boy out.
