Saturday Pelosi made a surprise appearance at the festival in NYC . She thanked the "Global Citizens" for attending and stated that new legislation will slash carbon pollution 40% by 2030 . Which goal post will move first , the 40% or the 2030 ...LOL ! She was BOOOED LOUDLY !!!! By the way , what is a "Global Citizen" ???
