This is a philosophical topic and is somewhat connected to what Deion is doing at Colorado. With the transfer rules being what they are, should a roster have any developmental players at all?
If you have a roster of 105, would you want to have 105 guys that can actually play in a game for you? Instead of 25 freshmen that could develop into players? The top 250 or so kids have a chance to play as freshmen, but outside of that group, kids are riding the bench.
So would we be better off not taking some projects and grabbing established players out of the portal?
