The way my lower body feeling right now .
Love the attitude- hopefully it spreads amongst the team. Time to get comfortable feeling uncomfortable. Players that don't like it can GTFO unlike utk where there geting the crud bowl ring fitting done we are already working out.

Right now, he should just focus on recruiting and make sure we get some good ones. Evaluations on some of our recruits in the past were terrible. In 2013 we signed 34 recruits and 17 are still with the team...and 5 players actually contribute anything substantial. We have to fix this. Also, we can't go to war with 65 players on scholarship either.

The S&C guys can be working the boys until Kirby gets back.

In fairness the last S&C staff did a fine job. The defense in particular seemed fresher than most of Our opponents late in games, the team was lean and muscular for the most part. Only The OL looked a bit out of condition. For some reason They didn't look to have worked on Their upper bodies as well as You'd want.
Bama's defense seemed completely gassed late in The Title game by the way.
I like what I see of Our new S&C guys though. Kirby might could be a bit more gracious in giving some credit to the old regime.

I give credit to Richt for taking steps to improve it, but he was also responsible for letting it fall off to an unacceptable level to begin with. Under Van Hallanger it was a disaster before he was moved out. Tereshinski and then Hocke made some improvements. We still have room to grow and I think the new hires will get it done.

Yea the oline last year was trash

I wouldn't go that far. It only gave up 13 sacks all season, that was good for second in The SEC to Arkansas's 12. Run blocking was certainly less stellar though.
