As a 2014 Georgia Baseball season ticket holder, The Georgia Bulldog Club wants to ensure you have the first pieces of information pertaining to the newly established Georgia Baseball Fund (GBF). This fund will serve as our priority point system for Georgia Baseball season ticket, single game and postseason ticket assignments.
First and foremost: we want you to renew your Georgia Baseball season tickets through the GBF. The Foley Field Revival project has been underway since May, and the GBF has been established as an opportunity for donors to provide an annual impact on Georgia Baseball. Donations to the GBF will help impact the lives of Georgia Baseball and all UGA student-athletes.
Below are the steps to secure your 2015 Georgia Baseball season tickets, and here is how we can help you accomplish this:
? Contribute a minimum of $50 per seat to the GBF. This donation will serve as your priority point total for the 2015 season, and will lock in your renewable season tickets. A brochure and donation form will be mailed to you early September. This donation period will have a deadline of September 30th, 2014.
? You will then receive a Georgia Baseball ticket application in the month of October, which will have a deadline of October 31st, 2014.
? If you have interest in our club levels, a minimum donation of $1,000 per seat is required for the dugout club and $750 per seat for the press level club.
? There will be a maximum of eight season tickets allowed on one account, with a maximum of four in our club areas. If a donor wishes to have more than eight tickets, additional accounts can be established.
? We do anticipate a small number of season ticket locations will be lost due to construction. Once all renewing donors who wish to secure their seats have done so, we will work with existing season ticket holders who have been displaced due to construction. We still ask all donors to follow the donation and ticket application deadlines listed above.
? If you wish to relocate or add seats to your existing account, you will be assigned new or relocated seats based on your cumulative priority point score (every dollar equals one point). Assignment of relocations and/or additional seats requested will take place once returning season ticket holders have secured their previous year's seat location.
? Donors at the $1,500 annual level will receive a parking pass in the Barrow Elementary School parking lot. This lot will be completely reserved for the GBF.
? You will receive numerous email reminders throughout the month of September. More information will be posted on www.thegeorgiabulldogclub.com in the coming days. Both the online information and brochure will further detail our club seating options as well as the benefits associated with contributing to the GBF.
? 2015 season ticket prices will remain unchanged at $125 per seat and $62.50 per seat for faculty/staff.
