He owned Spurrier and was a beast on Miami's undefeated Super Bowl championship team.
One of the best to ever suit up for the dawgs, had a mean streak - played the game the way you should. Always has reminded me of a fellow/friend I played HS ball with. He was also 6' 5" to 6' 6" and played around about 240-245 at linebacker. He made 1st team all-state (2 yrs-football). He also played basketball (center) and threw shot put & discus in track. Hate to seem him go, 69 is too young. He was a DGD and will he missed by many....
Concur, 'Dogs have had bunch of great defensive players since Stanfill, but none were better......Woerner and Pollack might have come close.
