Why not let bygones (re:slavery in 19th century U.S.) be bygones, and address the human trafficking aka slavery going on right now? If we care so much about the human condition and man's inhumanity to man, can't we concentrate more effectively on today's atrocities and cry less about times and people and circumstances that cannot be changed?
if they'd quit waving confederate flags all over the south, from state capitals and such, maybe bygones COULD be bygones.
as it is, too many want to live in the past and 150 years ago , today type deals

I bet the rainbow flag sets you off too. Hell, live and let live. People are out there at #fukyoflag wiping their butts
with our Stars and Stripes and no major media coverage at all and you'd think THAT would be offensive
to all of us, but NOOOOOO! So many got time for this silliness that we can't "All get together again" as Charlie Daniels sang.
People get offended by all the wrong things. Lot more problems than a flag out there.
