He’s admitted himself that the last two seasons, in big games he’s gotten in his teams own way. Terrible 4th down gambles, game management, seems to overthink situations. Kirby struggled with that too as a new head coach. Gotta learn to trust your players and not force things.
Not saying he’s on a hot seat, but same with Kirby, gotta get out the way and let your teams talent be the difference. Don’t want to continuously be the reason your teams lose in big games.
