Pressure washing question :: what's the best additive/solution to use?

Have general cleaning on the brick (light tan brick) steps/walkways - and need to get off some of the black mold stripes off the white gutters that I just had painted last year.

Simple Green and Purple Power are two that have been recommended - but open to the vent's wisdom. TIA.
