Harris was the only uncommitted tight end in Athens and one of two 2026 prospects we know of along with 2026 quarterback commit Jared Curtis. That should tell you how much of a priority he is.
Todd Hartley also expressed Harris' priority status during a meeting with the tight end and his father. As you'd expect, Hartley's tight end development is a key selling point.
Harris' father also asked the staff about how a tight end from Utah could fit in in Athens. The staff helped put his concerns at ease, noting where Bowers (Napa) and Washington (Las Vegas) came from.
A meeting with Kirby Smart, who emphasized that he doesn't plan on going anywhere any time soon, helped bump the Bulldogs up Harris' list.
As for the scavenger hunt itself, Harris said it was different than anything he's been a part of. He loved seeing the competitive side of Hartley, who was "pissed" that his team finished in second.
Georgia is a MAJOR contender for Harris. He's a name to keep a close eye on going forward. Harris said they're looking at potentially returning to Athens for the Auburn game this fall.
EDIT: One more thing - Harris told me he currently measures at 6-6, 240 pounds.
