Many sources within FSB are providing intelligence to Ukraine. There was some assistance since early on in the invasion. But now, a greater number of Russian agents are participating for various reasons. Some have relatives and friends who are Ukrainian. But, a significant % of FSB is opposed to the war now because they have concluded that it is bad for their country.
