QB rotation

Lots of people are starting to get excited about Park (I've been intrigued as well - I see a taller AM#11, maybe not as tough), but I keep hearing they are all rotating w/1-2-3's, but after seeing the scrimmage #'s I find it hard to believe it's truly an open and 3 way competition. Sounds like they are dangling a carrot in front of BR to me... W/all the rotation talk, has anyone confirmed that Park has even seen time with the 1's? I hope I'm not getting disengenuous info about how all the guys like JP and all the other positives I've been hearing, but it just seems like he's bait given the current situation. Any input would be appreciated!
