Quail recipes and advice....green egg or grill?

I have never cooked them on the egg and have about 40 to cook with several people coming over tonight. I love the egg, but bacon wrapped on a grill are pretty tasty....whatcha think?

Dayum, makes me hungry. Last time I had quail (fresh), I had it cooked...

In a big iron skillet. Quail, gravy and biscuits.
