anybody else who might know the answer. During his time at the SEC meeting yesterday, Kirby made an off the cuff remark when talking about Phil Knight and the things he learned from Knight and the business structure at Nike, that he wished he could get some of the Nike $ for UGA’s NIL fund. Knowing how thorough Kirby is, leaving no stone unturned, I feel like I know the answer to this question already. Is Kirby talking to the big businesses/corporations in the state of Georgia about financially supporting UGA’s NIL funds…..ie, Coca Cola, Home Depot, Delta, etc?
