I’m not looking for advice or help, just an idea of what to expect…my useless half sister has a “pre trial” next week in Superior Court. I plan to go simply so I can see whatever happens first hand. What is likely to happen at the pre-trial? This is a first (but not last) offense from 2 years ago. My understanding is that she already waived her right to a jury trial. She has a public defender.
