The improving health of our roster is a big deal…especially on offense. BUT this team is growing up in front of our eyes.
1). Carson Beck has quickly becoming an elite QB…among the top 2-3 in the country, wow! Proud of that young man. Elite. 🏆
2). The OL is the best in college football…period. Stacy Searels deserves a raise. 🏆
3). The growing depth on defense is exciting with many underclassmen making a huge impact. This staff develops talent like no other in college football. 🏆
4). The secondary is lockdown good, holy smokes. Ole Miss made some plays but for the most part, Dart struggled to find a target. 🏆
5). The DL is playing great…it’s hard to ignore the loss of Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis from 2021-22, but they’ve improved nicely since September. 🏆
6). The special teams play gets the least praise….but our “freshman” kicker has been lights out since week 3. He’s three months out of high school and has full command of his job, special. 🏆
With the challenges at A&M, Florida, Auburn, Arkansas, and other “top programs”, it’s fun to get up on Sunday mornings to “take it all in”. Nice job at Sanford by the fans especially in the first half. And the former players (and coach) in attendance continues to remind recruits…this is not just another college football program.
