Depends on when you start watch and when you stop it because of foul, but I ran it numerous times with a stop watch and on several instances it was within the time allotted if clock was functioning correctly. Several times it had exceeded as well, but it was right there, depending on when you thought foul took place. And by way, I am 95% sure Frazier took a look at clock, before passing on last shot and going down low to Maten.
(Note, I did NOT have entire last 15.6 or whatever to run down, I was doing it off the ESPN website with a handheld stopwatch, it might have been over, but VERY close. )
