Saw a thing on espn about the 1997 Heisman. I did not realize (or maybe just never thought about it) until watching it that tenn had never had a Heisman winner 😂😂

That's what makes Woodson winning the '97 Heisman so great. Not only did it devastate their fatass fanbase, it kept their Heisman-less streak alive and well.
Also, the cherry on top was tenn lost to Nebraska in their bowl game 42-17 🤣🤣🤣

Also, that win caused Michigan & Nebraska to split the national titles, meaning neither of them won a legitimate national title that year.
