I have long been a "trust CKS" proponent as I think it is BS to question every coaching decision he makes, especially when there are questions on decisions based on personal bias, etc. But, to each his / own in terms of their personal approach to things. That said:

- I have always felt that CMB gets more crap than he should, again based on historical bias for many. and in many cases for no reason other than it is the easy thing to bitch about. That said, the guy will never have needed support from much of the fan base regardless of what he does, including the TEAM winning a championship with him at OC. He just won't. Couple that with the fact that he seems totally paralyzed by his own schemes and bias's (see @HHolland92 post) and by trying to manage the head case that is 15 (and he is obviously trying to manage around his yips) we have a bigger issue that I thought we could get to. When a coordinator can no longer adjust (CMB seems to have regressed himself) IMO, a change is needed. I think we will see one.
- I was a wait and see on CSS as CKS deserved (IMO) the benefit of the doubt on his decision. I think the scenario has been played out and it ain't good. I would guess we see a change there. IMO, we need one.
- I do find it funny that a part of the fan base likes to bitch about CKS "hiring his buddies" but the same part of the fan base in many cases is clamoring to bring back CWM. It should just be a complaint about CMB and own it. Just sayin. But, I also do not see him coming back to take a larger role. Just doesn't seem like it is something he needs to do on a personal level. Just MO.
- While it is easy to point at one's favorite whipping coach, many tend to overlook the fact our Defense has regressed. Just fact and it is not due to the DL. CGS got outcoached bad Saturday and has other times this season. We need him to make his own adjustment, but we damn sure need something done in the secondary. I will be surprised if we do not see a change somewhere on Defense.
- I have also been one to support the fact our system and approach at WR has worked for championships, and it has. Something is amiss there and we have to get more explosive IMO. The concern about lack of separation is actually getting worse versus better. While some might be scheming, the reality is we do not have experienced separation type talent at the position. Even though we have seen the dropsies, I would be surprised if CJC moves on as he seems to be the key to several of our upcoming better talented recruits, who we need badly.
-Overall, we are still in a spot that most every program in the country would trade places with and we still seem to have one of the most volatile fan bases in college football. Kinda sad when you think about. Again, JMO.
- Lastly, I have stated before, I am not a big stadium experience, concessions quality guy. I go to games to watch football, and the rest it gravy. That said, we have to do something different. After what I saw in Tusky this year and Saturday in Oxford, there is ZERO reason we have not upped our approach to the experience. It matters, and hell, it is fun.
