The staff that sees all the qbs everyday and has for months on end has deemed that Gunner is the best qb. No you cannot just "get a guy ready" in 3 weeks; this is not NCAA 2025. You also don't even want 3 qbs taking snaps in practice. Gunner needs ALL of them.
There's a pretty good to really good chance that he won't play well because he hasn't played at all and now we're playing really good teams. Even with that, crying for the backup qb is NOT the answer. We're going to have to live with Gunner for better or worse.
