If he couldn't recruit at Texas with all their resources, how does Knoxville stand a chance. I'm thinking Dave Hart just might be the problem.

He's been to a bunch of tournaments - never does that much ..

but he will get you there. He's been in a tougher league, too. I still don't want him, but not the worst hire in the world.
