So…all knowing vent, I come to you for guidance (I should really now better lol). Me and my wife are looking to purchase a place in or around Athens for her parents to live full time with room for us when we come. They are getting older and they have other family in Athens that can provide help when needed. We need at least three bedrooms and at least 2 1/2 baths. Any suggestions on places to look and places to avoid? Of course my wife is all over Zillow but that can only provide so much info. TIA
