Why wasn't he part of 2017 class all along since he was age-wise and his ability seems to be off the chart?
How can he suddenly be academically eligible to move up a year and be admitted to an Ivy League wannabe? Does he leave a required class or two to take his senior season (2018) and then suddenly decide to complete them in the summer and enroll at Dook in August/September?
I don't understand why he wasn't part of the 2017 class since he entered high school. And how did Porter's younger brother do the same and move up to 2017 to play with his brother?
I recommend doing away with one & done and either drafting out of high school or must stay 3 seasons in college, like the college baseball rule. The top prospects signed by the Blue Bloods are not student/athletes by any definition.
