Slow morning at the office this morning so I just happened to look at the possible attendance for the regional sites this weekend. Most are sold out, but a few still have many seats remaining.
UGA: soldout
tech: many tickets still remaining
LSU: soldout
UNC: soldout
Oregon State: have released tickets yet
Arkansas: general admission only remaining
East Carolina: many remaining tickets
UCLA: many remaining tickets
Louisville: tickets remaining
Texas Tech: soldout
West Virginia: soldout
Vandy: soldout
Ok. State: unreleased
Ole Miss: general admission only remaining
Stanford: soldout
Miss. State: general admission only remaining
By my calculations every single SEC team has soldout their reserved tickets and only have outfield standing room only type tickets available. Biggest take away was the nerds lack of support for their team. Of course though it shouldn’t a surprise that tech fans aren’t going to go out and support their team. They’ve proven to only show up when playing Georgia in most sports.
