Georgia is “definitely in play” for Rivals100 OLB Xavier Griffin at Gainesville High School. Griffin has been to Georgia several times. He projects as an OLB at the next level, but said Glenn Schumann and Chidera Uzo-Diribe see him rotating in and out of both positions if he ends up at Georgia. He loves the attention he gets every time he visit. Griffin is a big-time target in 2026, and at this time, I’m told Georgia holds a slight lead. Griffin has also visited Ohio State, Tennessee, and Penn State are in the mix right now. He’s also got many other offers from D1 schools. Griffin will be in Athens several times in the near future, too. Remember this kid. He’s special.
