There are now a couple of good bars around there (Nighthawks and Hidden Gem) and it's walkable (hikable? a bit less than an hour) to the stadium. The Cali-and-Tito's owned Peruvian chicken place in the old Heirloom location at Chase and Boulevard, when it gets here, will also be nearby.
