You're right. They can't. I didn't explain very well. Sorry. My point was we could have listed on a roster 87 but some might be on HOPE. I looked at UGA's website and it doesn't differentiate (that I could tell) scholarship players or not. Just a roster. I think one of the Stinchcomb's was on Hope for a while because of lack of schollys.
