When I reviewed his NFL offenses my fear was he'd have similar results with UGA.
In his years of coaching QBs and serving as OC in The NFL he only had 1 really good year in the passing game. That year with San Diego he had Drew Brees, Antonio Gates and LaDanian Tomlinson. He had some truly BAD offenses, particularly in the passing game.
I was and I remain hopeful, but my concern has grown, not lessened. If we can't run a decent offense other than the work of great backs and an excellent OL against 2 of the 3 weakest teams on our schedule, what might games against the top league teams hold in store ?
I don't think anybody will argue our passing game has been anywhere near what it has to be to win The SEC, but I'd like to get your input about what you think it means for the season going forward.
