In Richt's 14 years a total of 5 teams have won the SECC... LSU (4), Alabama (3), Auburn (3), Georgia (2) and Florida (2). Only Georgia and Florida were from the SECE. Additionally, there have been 8 national championships won by the SEC champion (7 if you disqualify LSU for losing to Alabama in the 2011 post season NCG).

Georgia last won the SECC in 2005
Florida last won the SECC in 2008
LSU last won the SECC in 2011
Auburn last won the SECC in 2013
Alabama last won the SECC in 2014

In the discussion of what coaches are elite these are the kind of factors that should be included. "How" they are included and discussed is important also, including what coach was at the school(s) in their SECC year.
