Full disclosure, this is more of a question in my mind than a fully formulated opinion, and I hope I’m wrong. But do we have more than one or two really elite players on the roster? In the past few drafts, we’ve had a ton of first round picks, and I’m not sure if we’ll have any in next year’s. I’m sure KJ will be drafted high and one or two of our young LBers may, but any others that aren’t incoming Freshmen? Maybe this is just the new reality in the NIL/transfer portal world, but it seems like a pretty big drop off from guys like Jalen Carter, Brock Bowers, Jakob Walker, etc.
