No, only official members of the on-field coaching staff are allowed to recruit off campus. Cochran and other S&C coaches spend quality time with recruits on campus though.

Does spend the most time with the players, more than even their position coaches.

He made a huge difference at Marshall but would guess our guys are coming in further along on their strength curve ie benching over 400, clean over 350, and squat 600plus...
