Aint no master, but I use good ol Crisco & paper towels for the cast iron

Use flax seed for the initial season on the outdoor skillet, but just regular veggie oil for routine maintenance.

If I just have a quick cook I spray Pam out there, and buff it out with a paper towel.
My flax is peeling off in one spot, because I rushed the process at the beginning.
 
10" and and 8" inch. Both inherited. Cherished and treated accordingly....inside.

Outside....store bought rusty 10" blasted on a crab cooker with wet hickory chips turns my WEBER into a Smoker.

Indian....whatever arrows.
