good behavior last Friday. As usual with ATT, the new bill for the new contract for another year was wrong and off by $40 dollars. I put off calling for 3 days as I just didn't want to deal with them, have BP go up, etc. I just HATE having to deal with them. They have always told you one thing, then when bill comes, it's another.
Called Friday. All done and over within 5 mins to my satisfaction. A FIRST. Usually it takes multiple calls of an hour or so.
