More craziness. In Calif., They have a cap and trade taxation system. This has increased utility, housing costs & overall cost of living for everyone. Much of the tax money will be or has been used for Section 8 housing for a few thousand illegal and legal immigrants since the average cost to build even low end housing is $300K per house out there. This is insignificant in a state of 39MM people.
Now moonbeam and his band of quixotic progressives are spending $70B on a high speed rail system which most won't be able to afford to ride. All this in a narcissistic effort to reverse climate change.
