I'm sure her campaign will only be promoting this selectively. It might pick her up a few votes in the black community but it would probably cost her more votes than it gains on a national level.

The more she talks the more her poll numbers are slipping. As of tonight Trump is back leading in 6 swing states and has a projected 296 electoral votes.
Reparations only has around 30% support of Americans of both parties, all races, all sexes, and legal immigrants. Statements like this are flaming out her campaign.
