So with the Charleston Southern game streaming only, why does it have to start at Noon?...

I get if it was going to be on an actual TV network having to fit it in with one of their predetermined time slots, but if it's just streaming on ESPN+/SECN+, why couldn't we start the game whenever we wanted? I'm not saying it should be a night game or anything, especially in mid-November when the weather can get dicey, but why not start it at 1:00 or 2:00 instead of 12:00, just to give the fans a little more tailgating time? I'm sure the answer will be "because ESPN or the SEC said so", but it just doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
