Well if you look at the worst performing schools in any city, it's clear they are segmented off in a certain way....doesn't seem right

the schools ?..............billions of dollars spent, busing , cheating , and etc . ! how about some responsibility by the individual , govt schools really don't encourage kids to try and do well in school, some students think it's " too white " to make good grades .. HUD is going to study housing opportunities , economic mix, and racial mix . as i said before , libs think it's good for my neighborhood ; but not their neighborhood .

Just one element I was thinking of .... Most inner city schools I ever saw have a lot in common....they suck, they're all black, they spend more money per pupil than virtually any other districts ....


Just think if a portion of those kids had the same environment as more privileged white kids?
