1. He's very personable. Good sense of humor. More than I anticipated.
2. He's going to serve as his own pitching coach (shocker); will have his staff named shortly.
3. I haven't been worried about his recruiting prowess like some, and after hearing him today, I'm really not. He GETS it.
4. He will be looking at the transfer portal.
5. He'll be a big promoter of UGA; said that will be on of his biggest recruiting advantages.
6. He's already spoken with members of the team; has had several conversations with Charlie Condon with another one scheduled for tomorrow.
7. Said he and coaches agree: "Georgia is the best state for baseball..." ... said facility upgrades will make Georgia the best place to play for baseball...
