Jamal Johnson has set up his official visit to Georgia for October 2nd. That's the weekend the football team plays Tennessee. He's also set one up with Memphis for the middle of September.
Zach "Scootie" Bryant is scheduled to be taking an official visit to Georgia later in August. He's a 2017 PG that Georgia just offered out of Providence School in Jacksonville. Wasn't sure how serious they were when they offered him, but apparently they really like him. I watched him a couple times this month and I really like him too. I think he's more of a true point guard than the other PG's that Georgia is on. He's supposed to visit UAB next week, then Clemson, then Georgia shortly after. Iowa State has been on him hard as have several other high-majors.
Darius Perry is scheduled to take his official visit to Georgia on August 11th thru the 13th. I think he'll decide relatively shortly after that. Like I said the other day, as of right now, I really like Georgia's chances there. If he commits, Georgia will be done with PG's.
Garrison Brooks says he's going to take official visits to Arizona State, Providence and Texas A&M. He says his last official visit will be to Georgia. He's also going to try to squeeze in some official visits, including one to Auburn early next week when he returns from Adidas Nations in LA. With his dad being an assistant at Mississippi State, I think they will be tough to beat at the end of the day, but depending on who you talk to, some say he's definitely not going there and some think he's a lock to go there. Not sure which side I believe.
