and Dan Lanning hired receivers coach Ross Douglas. Douglas was the passing game coordinator for the team that led ALL OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL in passing offense at Fran Brown's Syracuse team. Maybe sitting, waiting and hoping for some miracle to happen for the team who led all of college football in dropped passes in not the Smartest, no pun intended, approach.
