Bill's affair was consensual between adults. Trumps grabbing was not consensual.
It has literally everything to do with not liking a temporary resident of that building. As @Dean Dawg has pointed out, this isn't the first time in our country's history that individuals have declined the invitation, but it is the first time that entire teams have done so - specifically because of their collective disdain for our current commander in chief. Political beliefs aside, we certainly live in interesting times.

I'm not a defender of boorish behavior (lots of jackasses in every community), but to place ALL of one's disdain for all things ever disliked in other human encounters onto one person (father, coach, boss, etc.), regardless of his/her station in life is crippling in scope, and likely points to more inward issues than outward ones.
Some of us (including close personal friends and family members) are convinced that one man has caused every problem we as a people and this country as a whole currently faces. (Some of us thought that guy was Bin Laden, now what?) Some limit their social interaction almost exclusively to sharing negative Trump memes. That is so self-numbing, self defeating and functionally assuming the fetal position in a dark closet.
Eliminating one person or persona from our political scene or news cycles will NOT make any of our lives any better or more productive or richer nor will it cause all other egotistical/arrogant/mean/bossy political or business leaders to "learn their lesson" and become "Mr. Rogers" clones overnight. And it will surely not erase any group's or anyone's history or memories. WE the people need some serious introspection and a refresher course on the global history of mankind's unkind actions and who the real villains were and are.
Anyone looking for divisiveness at a personal level need go no further than the mirror. No political leader or news reader creates the tribal tendencies and primal urges that reside near the top in us all. We should blame less and discuss more, but it seems we prefer conflict and elimination or avoidance over effective communication and resolution (which works better as compromise, not as surrender). Life goes on. It always has. We have to show up to make it work.

Hoffman, I see you conveniently left out that the Donald has flown a time or two on Mr. Epstein's plane, and that last week a suit was filed against the Donald and Epstein by a women who claims she was raped by both men when she was 13. (sorry, the suit was filed in 2016, have no clue if it is valid, but Trump has a pretty significant history with Mr. Epstein).

As the father to an 16 year old daughter, flippant attitudes toward sexual assult are a huge issue. Maybe one day you'll grow up and be a part of the solution rather than a part of the problem.
We do live in very strange times. Forget the disdain that college students have for DT. Many students seem to have been taught disdain for our flag and our country.
