It was fun to watch the game last night and see all the community support. Over 5000 people attended each game! Yes, I lived in Hattiesburg for 17 years so I know there is not much else to do there but still that's really cool. This community knows this is their only sport where they have a legitimate chance to win big and they support it. I love seeing the signs still displayed on the outfield wall, that's what I remember from baseball as a kid. Almost all the signs are from local business, the Ross family owns Commercial Stationary and has a sign, Dandy Dan's is a gas station chain in South Mississippi and they have a sign, the list goes on and on. I'm glad the NCAA gave them the super regional, just wish they would've 1 more game.
