Noticed that the recruits mentioned there were over 700 kids there. How in the world did that many end up there? Extra promotion?? It seems like the total number for previous years was well less than half of that.
How could we have handled (effectively) recruiting and evaluating that many kids at one time?? Watching the videos it looked to be an absolute madhouse.
