Malaki Starks on defense and Arian Smith on offense. The 2 guys I'm looking at to hopefully make a real impact in this game. Both have been relatively under the radar in my opinion (definitely Arian with his disappointing year thus far) the last few weeks.
For a Safety, that's not necessarily a bad thing. Typically means he's doing his job and Starks has done just that with a very solid sophomore season. However, no real "big plays" that I can since he sealed the Auburn game with the pick. Sure was glad he ran down that Tech running back the other night though. Arian has obviously had a rough year. But I'm looking at the past couple weeks. it seems like Bobo has made it a point to get him the ball and I have a feeling to prepare him for this game and beyond. He needs to come through when/if called upon.
Super hyped for this game, Go Dawgs!
