Still don't love it....but in hindsight the isolation of China was the end goal......

And gives some logic to how this was all rolled out. Make it look terrible for everyone.......then isolate China, making them look like the sole bad actor. Now somehow a 10% tariff looks like a good deal.

Still don't love the overall tactic....but feel at least a little bit better about the logic and patience in unveiling the party trick.

Theres more to it than this. The US has gotten itself in a terrible position economically and its going to take a lot of work and some time to correct it, if it can be corrected. Idk that we can correct. I worry the US is too far gone.
