Score was way closer than the game. We had four downs on every 2nd half series. They had three. Imagine the score if we don’t convert a couple of the fourth down plays. Alabama took their foot off our neck. We converted plays in the second half. Had an extra down to work with every series. Made the score look much closer than the game actually was.
8-4 is a very real possibility. Defense is slow. Carson is average. Coaches did not prepare team for slight wrinkles. And the team has no visible leadership.
But other than that, GREAT GAME.
