Chris Rock has a great public service message for this. Would apply

to this guy and to the dude on the horse out West. First rule, don't break the law. I like the one where he says don't lead the police on a high speed chase, because when they catch up they are bringing an ass whupping with them. Check out the video if you haven't seen it.
