With all the criticism going to Bob and Beck (all valid by the way) we have to remember that we came back from 28-0 and took the lead with a little over 2 minutes left to go in the game. That in and of itself showed heart and moxie however what you CANNOT do is rush 3 and let them connect on a 75 yard hail mary to their #1 receiver. Humphrey has got to turn around and find that ball and the safety coming over to help has got to make the tackle.
We had the game there for the taking and Carson took it. Then we gave it right back. Carson almost tied it up again but underthrew a back shoulder pass inside. I didn't love that play call at all in that spot.
